I was asked to create a specific job NPC animation for each of the buildings. These animations play while the building is in production. A generic NPC rig was used for each of these animations. I had to create the vector assets that the character interacted with. Once the background image was created, It pretty much laid the groundwork for what the character would be doing and what assets needed to be created for the animation.
